WiiM Amp Ultra Space Grey – Hi-Res stereo streaming amplifier with touchscreen and HDMI ARC ... 2 years warranty

Overview
Bring music streaming, television sound and your existing sources together in a compact stereo system. The WiiM Amp Ultra combines a network player, a DAC and a powerful integrated amplifier, so you can connect passive speakers directly and enjoy a versatile hi-fi setup with fewer separate components.

Its anthracite Space Grey finish and 3.5-inch touchscreen suit both a dedicated listening space and a living-room installation. With 100 watts per channel into 8 ohms or 200 watts into 4 ohms, it offers substantial headroom for compatible bookshelf or floorstanding speakers. HDMI ARC adds television audio, while the analogue input, optical input and USB port keep your existing music collection within reach.

WiiM Home brings source selection, streaming and sound adjustment together. Room correction and equalisation help adapt playback to your room and preferences, while a dedicated output makes it easy to add a powered subwoofer. Prestige Audio Video can advise on speaker matching and a coherent system for your home in Mauritius.

Key features:

Power and control for passive speakers
Class-D amplification and Post-Filter Feedback are designed to provide controlled playback across compatible speaker loads. The available power supports dynamic music and television listening without requiring a separate power amplifier. Speaker choice should still account for sensitivity, room size and listening level.

A clear view of your music
The colour touchscreen displays playback information and gives access to everyday controls. The rotary knob provides a familiar way to adjust volume, while the WiiM Home app offers deeper configuration from an iOS or Android device. A Bluetooth remote is included for convenient listening from your seat.

Streaming and personal libraries
Access supported music services through WiiM Home or use compatible casting and Connect protocols. Network playback and USB storage also make the amplifier useful for a personal digital library. Service availability, subscriptions and maximum quality depend on the provider and region.

Television and traditional sources
HDMI ARC brings TV sound to your stereo speakers. The optical input accommodates a compatible digital source, and the RCA line input connects a CD player or another analogue source. A turntable requires a built-in phono preamplifier or a separate phono stage: the RCA input is line level, not a phono input.

Sound tailored to your room
Room correction uses measurements to help compensate for the listening environment. Equalisation provides additional adjustment, and settings can be adapted to different sources. These tools are particularly useful when speaker placement is constrained by furniture or the shape of the room.

Expandable bass and multiroom listening
Add a powered subwoofer through the dedicated output for a fuller low-frequency presentation. Compatible WiiM devices can extend music into other rooms. Bluetooth also provides a convenient option for compatible wireless devices. AirPlay 2 is not supported.

Conclusion
The WiiM Amp Ultra suits listeners who want a compact, connected stereo system that can handle streaming, TV audio and existing sources. Pair it with suitable passive speakers, then add a powered subwoofer if desired. Ask Prestige Audio Video in Mauritius for advice on building a balanced system around your room and listening habits.
